We are a small family business born with a passion for food and authentic flavors.

As I grew up in a Japanese culture, I loved learning to cook.  I enjoy serving others and always want to make people happy and satisfied with my food. To ensure the most traditional flavors, I traveled to Japan for training and to bring you the most authentic recipes.

We want to share with you the deep taste of traditional Ramen, let us inspire your meal with every bite and slurp of our ramen bowl.

We cook from the heart and serve food to the soul.

This project was inspired by my mother who cooked for us the most delicious Japanese dishes, always putting her heart in every meal.  Now I would like to honor her and cook like I’m cooking for her.
